Rustic and charming in its appearance, this dining bench is well suited for use with a dining table or as a stand alone bench for an entry way, hallway or wherever you need it. The Acacia Reclaimed Bench is available in a wide range of stain colors and finishes and is made to order according to your preferred size and finish color.

Fill The Knot Holes

Because of the aged nature of the barn wood, you may see occasional knot or nail holes. You have the option to fill these holes in the bench seat with a clear epoxy or leave as is. Filling the holes with the clear epoxy creates a nice smooth surface for comfort in the seat. Leaving the holes exposed enhances the rustic nature of the piece.

  • corner blocking reinforced with metal screws and glue firmly secure the legs to the bench seat
  • All wood used on this barnwood bench is 100% reclaimed solid oak barnwood from felled barns sourced throughout the Northeastern United States.
  • All lumber is kiln dried and any embedded nails are removed. Kiln drying exterminates any creatures and their eggs and also helps to minimize shrinking, cracking and warping later on.
  • A smooth, protective catalyzed varnish with low sheen finish seals and protects the bench for many years to come.
